How Green Olive Restaurant Began
When the Green Olive Restaurant began in 2005 at 610 Shiloh Pike in Bridgeton, our goal was simple: create a unique place where families and friends could enjoy freshly prepared Italian favorites and homestyle classics together. With a variety of menu options for breakfast, lunch and dinner, including wood-fired pizza, seafood, and the best desserts in the area; there truly is something for everyone.
Our Inspiration for the Menu
Italian food has always been close to our hearts. From pizza made fresh in our brick oven to chicken parm and seafood dishes, we built a menu that balances tradition with variety. Opening early each morning allows us to serve breakfast, lunch, and dinner. No matter the time of day, our goal has always been to make dining with us easy, welcoming, and something you look forward to.

For us, Green Olive is more than a restaurant—it’s a place where moments happen. The fireplace brings warmth to your meal, while our private dining room makes birthdays, anniversaries, and business dinners more personal.
